Overview of the Venue
Yashobhoomi, officially the India International Convention & Expo Centre (IICC), is located in Sector 25, Dwarka, New Delhi. The first phase was inaugurated on 17 September 2023. It is among the largest convention and exhibition centers in India, designed to host international conferences, exhibitions, and events.

Facilities include:

  • Main auditorium (6,000 seats)
  • Grand ballroom (~3,400 sqm, 2,400 seats)
  • 13 meeting rooms of various capacities
  • Exhibition Halls 1 & 2 (over 60,000 sqm indoor space)
Yashobhoomi integrates advanced sustainability features including solar panels, water recycling, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient systems. It has received IGBC Green Cities Platinum certification for environmental excellence.

How to access the Venue
  • Metro: The Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector‑25 Metro Station (on the Airport Express Line) directly connects the complex to the Delhi Airport and central Delhi. The metro station lies within the IICC campus.
  • Road: Accessible via Dwarka’s internal roads and Urban Extension Road II (UER‑II), connecting to Delhi‑Gurgaon corridors and Dwarka Expressway.
  • Airport: Approx. 10 km (15–20 minutes by car) from Indira Gandhi International Airport.
  • Taxis/Ride‑hailing: Widely available through app‑based services (Ola, Uber, etc.).

Please note for Alighting & Parking:

  • Gate No. 2: Parking is available after entering through Gate No. 2 under the Convention Hall, for participants coming by personal/official vehicles.
  • Gate No. 6: For pick-up and drop-off for participants coming by Taxi/Cab. Participants of the National Workshop to proceed to the registration area at the Ground Floor, and then go to Amaltas Hall at the B1 level.
